Kate is the best I always feel so much better…… She’s also taught me cool stretches which also helps… I probably shouldn’t give her a positive review because I don’t wanna share her and now she’s gonna get more busy, but oh my goodness I have nothing but great things to say About her and it’s a lovely facility and there is always easy free parking either in front of the building or behind the building, which is also a great consideration thank you
I booked in for a relaxation massage, after an awful experience with another local provider, Katy was amazing, listened to what I wanted, best massage I’ve ever had, will definitely be back!

Do yourself a favour, if your body is hurting or even if it’s not and your just maintaining the comfort of a happy well taken care of body, make your way over to see Dr Natalie Fox. I have been seeing her for years now, I don’t want her to be any more busy selfishly so it’s not harder to get in but Fox sport and spine deserves the recognition! Great Work
