Best smoked scallops. Great smokey flavor, but not salty at all. And still as moist as if they were steamed.
Such a wonderful aroma and beautifully rich flavor! This smoked salmon is incredibly fresh and made with great skill. The texture is smooth and melts in your mouth. It was so delicious — we made hand-rolled sushi at home, and it turned out amazing! Thank you!
