I have been taking my motor home (now #2) to Fox's for maintenance and repair issues for several years now....and I must say that their levels of expertise, customer service and personal interactions are some of the finest I have seen in the business world.Larry et al have tackled some major issues for me including recovering my ex Class A from a fire that toasted 75% of my wiring. we have been to fox rv several times for work to be done and every time we have had to take it back as the work was not done right.. we like the owner, but the people that work there could care less, just get it out door and gone, its sad, but we will be going to a different service center,, Tee and lois
