This was my first visit to Fox Run Vet. Hospital. Percy the Vet Tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Answered all my questions and concerns. Was very gentle and caring with my nervous cat who was in severe pain. She is the best Vet Tech we've had in 20 years..no exaggeration. We love Fox Run - Teddy is a 15 yr old black lab who has been seeing Dr. Hehn since he was a puppy. She has taken the best care of him and me as well, she never forgets to check in with me when we're making treatment plans for him. I think his age and that he's happy and mobile is a testament to the care he's received. From the initial call and throughout the visit, the staff was excellent and treated my dog and me very well. The prices for the visit and vaccinations seemed very competitive, even slightly lower than another vet I had called. The teeth cleaning will be expensive but I think that’s an expensive treatment wherever you go. I did really appreciate that the Dr Hehn and Raja were very patient and took time to address all the questions we had. Will definitely be back.
Had two very expensive surgeries on two dogs back to back. I loved that they did not push on upselling for more than needed. They understood that most people don’t include puppies in their emergency budgets. The Dr. was very good and very professional in communicating with us. Dogs has a great recovery and old crazy dog personalities returned. I recommend Fox Run to anyone who needs to get their pet taken care of.
Puppy came in for shots and exam. I have brought a number of dogs here in the last 5 1/2 years. I will not take my dogs any place else.
