We had our first appointment with Dr Kocher for our elderly dog Alli. She was absolutely amazing. I felt like she truly listened to our concerns and really cared. All the staff were caring and responsive. I’m so glad we finally found a vet who we feel comfortable with treating our animals in Monument ❤
This place is a very unprofessional establishment, overpriced, and has very poor customer service. The front desk in particular is rude and unaccommodating. The customer experience is very poor, I would not recommend and is certainly not worth the price you will pay.
People very nice. Love the fact that you had an OFA clinic.
Everyone is so kind to the animals and makes sure they understand each individual in their needs. I trust that they will do what is needed and appropriate.
We are new to Fox Run Vet and our fur baby needed their help. They were more than compassionate and caring, they were accommodating and helpful. They took great care of our dog and have been very communicative in following up after his procedure. Thank you for taking care of us.
