I bought a home there once, the partial owner gives Jacob Anthony Wilhite gives the renters and the home owners nothing but grief in this park! You will get nothing from him but a hard time! Whatever you do,,, Don't rent or buy here, you'll regret it!

As the property manager and the owner become aware of families in need, we organize food drives, toy drives or winter clothing collections. We purchased a meat bundled and were able to assist 5 wonderful families for the Thanksgiving season. All completely confidential . We are a community that cares.

The staff here is awesome! From the property manager to the maintenance guys. They fixed our issue fast and professionally. Not sure if all the bad reviews I have seen are from disgruntled tenants but great experience so far. And the park looks really nice.

I bought one of the older units in the park from the previous owner in September of 2020 under the old manager. Vicki took over shortly after I moved in and has been very helpful to me ever since. When work was needed on my trailer, but was unable to get it done right away, I would communicate with Vicki and they worked with me and gave me time to get it handled. The park is generally peaceful and if issues come up, you can go to the office and it is addressed immediately. In the 5 years I've lived here, I have felt very saf... read more
