I bought a home there once, the partial owner Jake gives the renters and the home owners nothing but grief in this park! You will get nothing from him but a hard time! Whatever you do,,, Don't rent or buy here, you'll regret it!
Manager is great always on top of things. Good place to live.
Clean park, well maintained. Looked at a home and the manager was very helpful and straightforward.
I love the country living the security and the safeness that is up two years ago. I've lived here 19 years never had a problem until 2 years ago there is vandalism going on p police reports being made and nothing is being done you don't feel safe anymore you got to watch behind your back kids are throwing rocks running in your yard taking things out of your yard the whole ball of Wax I asked for a meeting and it was refused I have talked to management with videos and nothing has been done so you're on your own it's a sad sit... read more
