I've lived here 2 years now. Purchased my home through the park. Lot rent is reasonable. New trailers in the park. 2 playgrounds, roads are kept up, yards are kept up, it's quiet, kids are playing outside, ball fields next door, recycling center next door, manager has always been nice and helped me out when shingles were missing from a storm. They didn't have to do that, so I really appreciate that. Compared to some other parks in the area it is a no brainer.
The lady was very nice 🫂
The park manager is awesome. Love living here.
