At the time we selected this community the management and community offered what we were looking for (access to a community room, gym, tanning bed, swimming pool, etc). The units were nice sized and well maintained and the manager was wonderful. Shortly after we moved in the Management company changed to Orion Property Group and the practices and policies started being changed without notices to the tenants.
