At the time we selected this community the management and community offered what we were looking for (access to a community room, gym, tanning bed, swimming pool, etc). The units were nice sized and well maintained and the manager was wonderful. Shortly after we moved in the Management company changed to Orion Property Group and the practices and policies started being changed without notices to the tenants. Due to them having a difficult time keeping each apartment occupied, the standard of tenants is low. I had one lady within a day of her moving in come ask me if I had pot and if I wanted to smoke with her. The majority of residents are heavy smokers and they do not follow the rules in terms of not smoking in the breezeway or near the buildings. I was never able to open my windows due to the smoking. People were consistantly getting drunk out on the grass areas and would get loud and talk vulgar way past midnight. There was a... read more
