Do not work for this company let alone live here. Most there units are ran down and put together with the cheapest materials they can get. Then turned over and rented for a aarm and a leg. Not worth your pay check unless you got 3 families living in one unit like all the mexicans that live there. No wonder they can afford the rent they all split it evenly. Management is a joke. I work here.....This is to Liz the area director wanna be....First off I quit...than also explain why the building looks run down it needs a full remodel I don't know how you justify the high rents..Also out of your own mouth you said you cleaned up the rif raf as you call it..Paid to much attention to dog shit and irrelevant shit than actually fixing up the place.....Oh and you got some lazy high paid mataince men whom I can work circles around except the newer maintenance guy he works just as hard.....You have no clue how ... read more
