I am a professional dog-care provider, and after an incident involving a client’s pet, I contacted several veterinary hospitals in the area. Admittedly, Fox Run was the last place I called - but they were the first able to help. I was incredibly grateful that they could see Jack the same day, within an hour of my call, especially since they are only five minutes away. Very disappointed with this vet clinic. The pricing felt excessive, and I was charged far more than expected for routine services. It seemed like every visit came with additional fees and recommended treatments that quickly drove up the bill. I understand veterinary care isn’t cheap, but transparency and fair pricing are important. Unfortunately, I left feeling more like a source of revenue than a valued client. I felt listened to! Our pets cannot tell us what is wrong, but as an owner and a pet mom, we have a sense of what is going on. The receptionist (when making the appointment), vet tech and the vet all listened thoughtfully and made new cell heard. They made over my Bubba as if he was one of their own! I highly recommend this office!!!
