We have used Fox River Vending for 15+ years and have had great success. They offer a huge selection of food options and always respond within minutes of any service call. I would highly recommend this service!
Best vending Company we have ever had we used to have all kinds of probems with our old company but now its been a million times better with fox river. A++++++
They have the largest product selection in the valley by far and there machines always work unlike are last company (zaugs) they were always out of order.

As BAD as costumer services gets!Yesterday at my employment Fox River Vending came in during the evening without a word or even a warning to our locations and took their toys and went home because we decided to go with a different company starting in a week. They left our team members without lunch, drinks or even a way to warm up their food the following day. Our team members count on these services. Our company has had very poor service from this company. Extremely slow delivery time even after repeated phone calls. They dont seem to care about customer service at all.
Fox River Vending is not a very professional company at all. Their drivers are inconsistent and unreliable. They put expired crushed food in the machines. They gave us good prices, but we compromised service.
Fox River vending has terrible customer service- If you are a small company dont even bother calling them for a machine- we ask them several times for variety-told them lights didnt work- they never fixed, some items did not have prices on them- their response everytime was "you are a low volume copy" so, a low volume company gets expired food?? how does that work??
