I had the opportunity to drop in at Fox River Strength and Conditioning, and it was a fantastic experience from the moment I walked through the door. Coach Dave and Coach Molly immediately welcomed me and made me feel like part of the community. I had forgotten my knee sleeves (on a heavy squat day, of course!), and they were kind enough to lend me an extra pair so I could still get the most out of the workout. I started private 1-1 sessions with the owner Tom over a year ago. I lost lots of weight and hit my target goals with no injury. Tom is a very reliable and patient trainer. I highly recommend his group classes and personal training.

Great experience working with a trainer/coach. Challenging, encouraging and expert ramp up into a fitness journey for me. Surprised and impressed with people, environment and approach to onboard new people into their community.

Dropped in for an open gym, emailed Tom Wednesday evening and his response was fast, he sent me a waiver to sign and showed up on time. Gave me a tour of the place and the wifi for music. Plan on dropping in again when in the area. Great space for a workout!!

I’m the type who loves working out alone; FRSC changed my mind. You can do that also here, but it is the community that makes it what it is. Love hanging with these people, and the workouts kick a$$ (as in, my a$$) too! This place is the whole package!
