Last year we moved to Aurora, IL and we llooked for a fitness center to try. We joined Fox River Strength and Conditioning for a free week. Usually my husband and daughter like tgym and I on the other hand feel intimidated with them. First week my husband and daughter went and she wanted to continue and my husband could not due to his travel/work timings. I had to join so I could drive my daughter. They made us feel welcome. Love it here! Great group of people and super supportive coaching! If you’re thinking about it, do it! Great workouts, great environment, and it feels like a family here. From someone who has never worked out in a public gym, I felt at home here
Great people and great programming. All the coaches make sure that you know how to do the workouts and scale as needed. People are very supportive and is really great community. I love that all you have to do is show up and the workout is planned. Telling all my friends and family about this place!!
Working with Tom has been a great choice. I would not have been able to get the results I got without him. The workouts are always challenging but never repetitive, and he knows exactly how to push The gym itself is a great environment— clean & well-equipped. Thanks Tom
