I went with experience and proven track record of high ratings for peace of mind. They had performed professionally with crews that we seasoned. I have had 3, contractor's who worked on our projects in the last 5 years. I can say only one was honest, great communicators, upfront with the scope of the job, completed the work in the time frame they gave us, and went way above on not covering damaged wood to save money for them. I can say the job they did was excellent, and I want people to know they will do their very best for them. We will continue to use them in the future. Josh and Chris did a great job replacing old caulking and rotted facia boards. Additional unexpected work included 2nd floor windows; replaced rotten wood, wrapping, and cedar siding with paint to match. Great communication, always prompt, and honest with their work and fees. Definitely would hire again.
Great local company, doing it right, and are truly experts in the space! Highly recommend!
