They were super fast,very nice, and very helpful. We were on vacation and needed new battery and they even installed it for us. Thank you fox river automotive for being there for us.
Wheel bearing went out on our trip from Georgia to upper Michigan. They were booked up solid but took time to source the part and found another shop that was able to do the work. Extremely helpful and would recommend them highly.
Unbelievable service- with 1 hour to go before the holiday weekend these gents bailed me out by replacing my boat tires within minutes of me arriving. No up charge or anything-highly recommended!!
My truck would not start. I was recommended to go to Fox River automotive and talk to Elijah. He diagnosed my problem as a faulty battery. Since he was not a Ford dealer, he recommended that I call my dealer to see if they would authorize a warranty repair on the battery .They would not. He called a Ford dealer in Newberry to see if they could repair my truck. They could. They replaced the battery under warranty and I was on my way.
