Unbelievable service- with 1 hour to go before the holiday weekend these gents bailed me out by replacing my boat tires within minutes of me arriving. No up charge or anything-highly recommended!!
My truck would not start. I was recommended to go to Fox River automotive and talk to Elijah. He diagnosed my problem as a faulty battery. Since he was not a Ford dealer, he recommended that I call my dealer to see if they would authorize a warranty repair on the battery .They would not. He called a Ford dealer in Newberry to see if they could repair my truck. They could. They replaced the battery under warranty and I was on my way. Super helpful! Went above and beyond for me even though I did not end up having work done on my car. Helped get me to the shop, and even sent me photos of my registration when I was not able to get back to get them myself.
My daughter broke down 5 hours away from home on a Sunday. We had the vehicle towed to Fox due to online reviews. I am a Service Manager at an auto shop in Grand Rapids and reviews mean a lot to my shop and are a good indication of the service you'll receive. This was no exception.
