This place needs to be shut down. I walked in for a spaying appointment for my girlfriends cat and did not stay there's no way my girls cat would not get an infection in this place. The lobby was empty no one to check us in the place is filthy the smell is horrid you need to do better. You can tell everyone there has given up. Just go out of business don't take it out on the animals.
I walked into this place and it smelled terrible, with dust everywhere and kittens kept in a cage in the back looking unhealthy. The overall environment was extremely concerning. Customer service was beyond disappointing. I called five times on Friday and five times again today, and not once did anyone answer or return my call. I will just give them a 2 star. In my experience the vet is nice, the price is reasonable, she natured my dog so it went well. I do say the place smells like a barnyard and cats being caged while theirs feces in there seems not normal but I hope they clean it. What I do have a problem with is with the receptionist. Whenever you’re trying to confirm for an appointment or repeat the same question she’ll give you a nasty attitude that she needs to work on. I don't normally feel compelled enough to leave reviews, however the experience here was absolutely abhorrent. This is the clinic that the rescue we got our dog from said to go through for spaying. I made the appointment a while back. No mention of pre-op blood work or anything, and there was no communication the day before. I thought this was odd, so I tried calling several times, no answers.
