I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. It’s worth a short drive, if needed, to avoid this clinic. There are poorly trained staff, an office manager (Amy Short) who does not follow through and has no accountability, and prices are not great.
RecommendedThe staff here is absolutely amazing. Our 3 year old puppy collapsed and I brought him here in a panic. Even though this is not our vet, they were so kind and helpful. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done to save our puppy but they went out of their way to help and comfort me. I’m a brand new puppy parent and they answer all my questions with nothing but kindness and their very accommodating to appointments! I heard so many great things and got lots of feedback to take my pup here and I couldn’t be happier!!
We have been using Fox River Animal Hospital for over 20 years. When our beloved fur baby was diagnosed with cancer I became determined to do everything in my power to save him. Just took our puppy Milo in for his first visit. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. Even though we couldn’t go inside with him, everyone was more than happy to answer our questions. We found our vet in Appleton!

FRAH is amazing! Our cat had an ear infection/hematoma and needed to be seen ASAP. They were able to help us out with an emergency appt during covid and a shortened work week due to the holiday. I highly recommend them and am so grateful for their help!
Dr Shepherd and staff were great. He got down on floor to be at my dogs level and putting her at ease instead of standing over her and intimating her. The staff sent cared enough to send a card after she passed. I will be taking my new puppy there too! Great compassionate staff
The staff is amazing. Always friendly and engaging. They go above and beyond for the animals I entrusted to their care.
Our kids Jasmine (19) and Batman (12) don’t care much for the 3 block car ride to the office, but Dr. Shepherd and his staff are top notch. They make our cats feel as close to home as possible.
