Terrible experience. As a healthcare professional, I can't overstate how unprofessional this place is. I went to have blood drawn, and the staff member, Karima (I’m unsure of the spelling because she didn’t have a name tag and couldn’t locate it), was incredibly rude. She completely mishandled my vitals. The oxygen monitor on my finger read 66%, and she was unable to fix it. She then took my blood pressure over my jacket and claimed it was fine. My husband was a patient at this practice for about 6 years. During his last visit he had a routine blood draw, but the first person attempting to do the draw jabbed him repeatedly & was not able to get blood. Being understandably upset, my husband told her to please get someone who can get the blood draw done without making him look like a junkie (needle tracks). Send bills via snail mail. Don't be surprised if the first bill you actually get is late, and that the practice manager Faith Tomlin also spent the time to send you a letter reminding you of the bill which you may have saw for the first time - only their 'personal' letter conveniently leaves out that they have now charged you a late fee, but is very good at reminding you about the 'sign here, here here' forms we all never read that includes their apparently very strict Financial Policy- talks about cancelling any and all app... read more
