I personally have had an amazing experience at this office. Lindsey is the practitioner I see. She’s awesome. Very helpful and makes your concerns here. She’s genuinely a really good person who wants to help you in your health journey. She took almost a full hour to try to understand exactly what I was experiencing idk there’s not enough good things I could say. Front desk seemed very fun and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.
I was charged a $50 fee for missing an annual appointment, which I did not attend because I never received a reminder. I understand offices may have no-show policies, but I would have appreciated a reminder, especially for a routine annual visit. What concerns me more is the lack of follow-up. I have left four messages with the office manager over the past five days and have not received a return call to discuss the charge.
