Super friendly staff and Dr. Tomlin was awesome!
Stay away.
I continue to have horrible experiences with this practice and the receptionist is extremely rude and clearly doesn’t not have any customer service experience. I’ve been coming here since Thai practice was at their old office and the past two years the new staff has been horrendous. I recent went in for high blood pressure (169/119) and they sent medication in which was to the wrong pharmacy and they did this two times until it was corrected the third time. Terrible experience. As a healthcare professional, I can't overstate how unprofessional this place is. I went to have blood drawn, and the staff member, Karima (I’m unsure of the spelling because she didn’t have a name tag and couldn’t locate it), was incredibly rude. She completely mishandled my vitals. The oxygen monitor on my finger read 66%, and she was unable to fix it. She then took my blood pressure over my jacket and claimed it was fine.
