Horrible, horrible, horrible, and oh yeah horrible! So many problems with things falling apart and horrible plumbing leaks. Plumbing leaks and problems started right as our 2 year warranty expired. We have had this house for four years.Its an awful feeling to know that they dont care about the people that they are building a house for. We will never build a house through them again and we always tell other people not to buy or build through them either. Wish there was an option for zero stars

We are first time homeowners and had been searching for a home on and off for about 2 years! It was really scary because we were afraid that we would get stuck with an older house that would end up to be a money pit! We happened to see an advertisement online for "Summerfield Village" in Antioch, TN and decided to visit and see what it was all about.
