DO NOT BUY DR HORTON HOME. THEY MAKE IT SEEM LIKE ITS AFFORDABLE ESPECIALLY WITH THE "TAX ABATEMENT" BUT ONCE TIME PASSES THE MORTGAGE PAYMENT GOES UP BY ALMOST DOUBLE. CHEAP MATERIAL USED TO BUILD. IVE HAD TO REPLACE ALMOST EVERY DOORKNOB BC THEY END UP JUST FALLING OFF. DISHWASHER STOPPED WORKING AND I RARELY USE IT. PAINT SUCKS. IVE HAD TO REPAINT MY ENTIRE HOME BC PAINT THEY USE CANT BE CLEANED SO IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN AND THEY TOUCH THE WALL WITH DIRTY HANDS YOU CANT CLEAN THE WALL IT WONT COME OFF AND STAIN THE WALL.
