Be prepared to have an eviction notice put on your door for every little infraction or mistake. The first time I missed my rent was by one day and I already had an eviction note on my door. I've kept track of them all along with my payments. The maintenance or lack there of, is upsetting. I have a hole in my bathroom ceiling that they have not fixed. Our closet doors do not shut. Do not apply here- your paperwork will be lost, multiple times. Forms are not sent to the Omaha office on time. No one from Omaha calls back with questions. They will hang up on you when you do get a call. Directions are not clear for the end of lease.
Nice place to live close to stores and I have enjoyed the last year and 1/2 here !!!
