I was previously represented by Richard Fox for a work comp claim and after questioning some ethical decisions or requests made by opposing Council he chose to withdraw from my case after collecting more than 3,000 dollars from Adjuster refusing to pay back TTD benefit payments. Do not recommend. Not professional at all. Only able to speak to secretary, who either never answers or never responds to emails. & to top it off, they cheat you out of thousands of dollars if they can. Don’t trust them with big cases. They’ll keep 90% of the money and act like what you get is all they got.
