Called to confirm that they had had professionals in our area who could assist with our needs. Over two weeks later I receive a phone call stating that they DO NOT have anyone in our area who can help. Now I need to start over and have lost over 2 weeks of needed rehab. This is an unacceptable way for a healthcare provider to do business. Shameful.

My Physical Therapist Sandy has in just a few short sessions impressed me very much. I worked with a number of physical therapists previously, at both an acute care rehab center and a hospital home health care center. While all were helpful, Sandy has taught me a tremendous amount in just 3 visits (so far). She alone has brought to my awareness a number of alternate options for accomplishing things which had become nearly impossible for me. As a third party vendor I have worked with Fox for 6 years. They are a professional and dedicated team. They communicate well and the residents love all of their therapist. Zac has been a great asset and resource for the team at The Blake at Carnes Crossroads. I look forward to a continued partnership.
