We had Fox refrigeration come and install our New Furnace and Air Conditioner in May. Both installers were professional and easy to explain anything we asked about. We would recommend using this company. We also had a very small issue with some kind of overflow pump. They returned immediately and fixed the issue. Ashley was a sweetheart she listened and sent out help the same day. It was during the heat wave and our air had stopped working completely. She didn't mention about selling us a new unit or tell me they were not able to come down. She said she would do her best to help and do some research for our unit. We had an issue with our AC this spring, thinking the worst case scenario. I contacted Mike at Fox Refrigeration. He came to check on our AC with prompt service. Had us up and running in no time with a quick repair and our AC is running the best it has in 7 years in the house. Would highly recommend this team for any of your HVAC needs!
