We had the pleasure of working with Melissa Ainscough as our Property Manager, and she has been absolutely wonderful. Ken, of Fox R/E visited my home on Fullarton Road, Rose Park and instructed that I attend to re-painting the interior (5k, moved out 1 week) among other valid improvements, quoted me up, explained its sell figure expectations and eventually departed. - *Never saw him again - despite numerous phone calls that we shared preparing for eventual Sale opening.
