Extraordinarily unprofessional. Cannot adhere to deadlines or communicate in a clear way at all. Avoid at all costs. Revolving door of staff make it impossible to gain consistency or rapport.
Fox Real Estate has been great to deal with, and Chelsea was excellent. She leased out my apartment quickly, kept me updated every step of the way, and was always happy to assist.
A really good property manager and easy to deal with. Samara was always friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my tenancy. She made sure any issues were sorted quickly and communication was always clear. My bond was returned promptly after I moved out. Would definitely recommend her to other renters!
