If you like bring you bike back 2 and sometimes 3 times, Fox is the place to You get excuse about not ordering the right parts, almost every time, and never ever get we are sorry. You might as well make 2 appointments because the first one will be a no go.
Regarding Foxmotorsports Indian Service. Two phone calls to Service Department that went to voice mail and a email to dealership went unanswered. I can see no reason to consider Fox for any motorcycle service.
Rc I took my bike in for a specific problem. I was specific in what the problem was. They found several other things to replace. When I got my bike back it still had the problem. I wouldn’t send anyone to them.
Terrible people and bunch of crooks and liars . Sold us parts we didn’t need and still didn’t get the problem solved for the original issue it went there for . I wouldn’t take a tricycle to these guys for service.
