Very unhappy I tried to buy a bike from here and got the run around. I've been riding for over 20 years and they wasted my time by not telling me the upfront price and having to go through their crappy sales process. Finally got the price and it was $500 more than the other dealer in town. Don't waste your time here. The employees are always in a bad mood any time I come in to buy parts. Since Fox bought these dealerships, things have gone down hill. They aren't even open on Monday either! This place just sucks!
Rc I took my bike in for a specific problem. I was specific in what the problem was. They found several other things to replace. When I got my bike back it still had the problem. I wouldn’t send anyone to them.
Terrible people and bunch of crooks and liars . Sold us parts we didn’t need and still didn’t get the problem solved for the original issue it went there for . I wouldn’t take a tricycle to these guys for service.
I can understand why Fox has such good ratings. The staff were friendly, dealership was warm and welcoming, but I had a horrible experience. I believe that I was a victim of "bait and switch". I drove 2hrs from Redford Mi with wife, daughter and 5 month old baby in truck with a rented uhaul trailer attached to purchase a "Green" zx14. Earlier this week spent 10 minutes in line while parts guy blabbed with his buddy. 3 people waiting in line until he decided to ask me what I was looking for. Today called and was put on hold over 10 minutes.
Everyone is always so helpful at this location . Troy Van hooren is very helpful . He is very knowledgable. He is great to us. Always come in to say hi, we always end up buying more then what we were, by him telling us how well and awesome the gear is.
