We hired Fox Pool Service from March to May of 2024 after our previous company raised their rates beyond our budget. Unfortunately, the decision to switch turned out to be a mistake. First Issue: Pool Maintenance Despite Fox's weekly "maintenance," our pool turned green. This was unacceptable for any professional pool company. Hard to understand how they are still in business given how terrible communication is with them. It takes weeks to hear back from Emily if you hear back from her at all.
Very happy with Fox Pool. I've been a customer for two years and highly recommend their services. I love the all-inclusive option for monthly service. The ability to communicate via phone, text or email is super convenient. Their pricing is very competitive and in my experience has turned out to save me money. I setup an appointment for service. I waited all day, sent them a text. Called. They never showed up or responded to my text or call. At least I know what kind of service I would receive.
Best pool service in Ramona. I especially like the photo details after every cleaning and service. Highly recommend
