What do Buchmyer, Goodall, and Yorktown all have in common? They are all local pool company that have cheaper pools, better reviews, all work done in house with their own employees, more design options, and there not going out of business. It breaks my heart that Wayne is ruining this company and driving them into the ground but I suppose that's what happens when a company gets bought out. We bought a hot tub about 20 years ago from Fox pools. We went to buy another one from Fox pools. It was a lemon. They came and took it away and brought another one! No extra charge for me. They did everything they could possibly do. We are very happy!
Service staff is extremely rude and every year the service fees skyrocket but the team that comes out gets worse and worse. They are lazy and do the bare minimum. We’ve had our pool for 5 years and battled with concrete issues, salt generator issues along with heater issues every year. Go elsewhere
