They are terrible builders, my house that I bought in 2023, water entered the garage, front door and windows and they said this is normal, check at hills of minneola residents facebook page and you will see what everyone who bought houses with them thinks, run away mainly Bryan, Allison Kristin and Raul
We went to check the community and houses, liked and decided to buy one on spot, had excellent response from salesperson, closing and move in completed, has been very smooth ride so far, followed by excellent feedback and responses from John, sub in charge for this sub division......... Love the floor plans and quality of construction ....
