I highly recommend The Courtyard at McHenry as their customer service is second to none. Various members of the staff have specialties we as customers are not even aware of. For example, the Marketing Director Jodi Borck not only takes care of introducing us to the amenities offered by the Courtyard at McHenry. My father moved in in 2022 after living in his home for 45 years. It was a huge adjustment and it couldn't have gone smoother due to the wonderful people at Courtyard. He is so happy and social now! We recently have him getting Assisted Care and it has been terrific. My family feels confident that he is getting wonderful care as well as the much needed socialization he wanted. The dining staff is wonderful as well, we couldn't be happier!
Our mother has an apartment at the Courtyard in McHenry and she absolutely loves it. She has friends that she interacts with. She plays cards, socializes and has all her meals with her friends that acquired after moving in. Along with the activities provided by the community. The care she receives is lovely and respectful. We couldn’t ask for a better assisted living community for our mother.
My family and I looked into Courtyard for my uncle. Jodi Borck walked me through the facility and our options and all I can say is what an angel she is! This has been a very challenging time for our family and Jodi was so compassionate, knowledgeable, accommodating and supportive through the entire process. While we ended up having to go a different direction due to logistics, Jodi was again understanding and supportive of the decision.
