I had a water leak in my bathroom, contacted them about coming out they said they would. After 30min I called back got a answer machine ( during regular business hours) and left a message to call me back if they could not make it. They never called me so I had to contact another plumber in the area and pay after hours cost.
Tim really knows what he's going. Good guy, great plumber.
