We had our furnace replaced with a dual fuel system to get the fortis rebate. Install was decent but their organizational skills are sub par. We had another HVAC company in to move a gas line and they showed us some code issues with fox’s furnace installation. Every single follow up appointment we have booked with them has had to be re scheduled. As soon as our free service agreement is over we will never be calling on them again. Fox was prompt and professional. Their man Param went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend them.
I have had trouble getting an invoice broken down between the 2 different jobs that were done. They also added on some kind of cost for a service plan I never asked for, and I have no idea what part of my invoice that cost is. I had a few small leaks that he found and tightened. He said my hot water tank had quite a bit of sediment in it so had him fix that. He was a great service man. Over all, terribly expensive, and very difficult to get through to company and even harder to get any reasonable answers from.
