Clinton was very professional as well as personable. Job well done!
Spent 32,000 dollars on their “best” heat pump unit. With a 12 year complete warranty. Doesn’t work properly, complete down grade. Very loud. And to get help they only have an automated system to talk to. This is our holiday home so Made an appointment in two weeks in advance to get it fixed and made a special 8hr trip through a snow storm to make it here. On time, professional and a fair price. Simon was thorough and transparent with the repairs to the plumbing on my house. Will use again.
The gentleman did an outstanding job installing our toilets, but the company charges the most ridiculous and absurd amount of money for services. $1400 to install two toilets. If we had know that it was going to be that much we would have gotten someone else. We had new flooring installed and the installers did not finish until late in the day which left us without working toilets.
