Alex from Fox and Sons replaced our HVAC system in a timely manner and took some extra time to show me how it all works and what might be best for us. This guy is a 5star performer.
I was able to get in right away and they offered an amazing deal. Not only that but Darcy was amazing to work with, he was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful! I really felt like they worked hard to get us going with a new furnace as soon as possible and within our budget.

my AC crapped out on June 29th, someone came out, found the issue and ordered the part. I was told 1-2 days till it arrived but then that turned into 13 days. They didn't inform me they were coming with the part until 5 min before they showed up as the office didn't call me or my landlord. I could've dealt with that but then it turns out, someone ordered the wrong part and it would take a few more days. We'll, it's been another week and still nothing.
