I have had trouble getting an invoice broken down between the 2 different jobs that were done. They also added on some kind of cost for a service plan I never asked for, and I have no idea what part of my invoice that cost is. I had a few small leaks that he found and tightened. He said my hot water tank had quite a bit of sediment in it so had him fix that. He was a great service man. My electrician today was Jason Sargent, very friendly, helpful and fast, clean and precise work. He help me to find what certain switches where for. Definitely will call him back in case we need more work done at our place. Thanks!
Hot water tank began to leak last night. I called Fox to get an estimate for replacement. Matt arrived at noon and we agreed to replace the water heater. He made all the arrangements, disconnected and moved the old tank and then re-connected to a new tank. By 4:00 pm he was done. First class work and very happy Fox was able to respond so quickly.
