First-time user of Fox’s services…called Thursday around noon for leaking water heater. Service tech, Jaron was out by 6am Friday morning to install new unit. He was very informative, answered my questions and had a new unit installed quickly. I thought a reasonable price but I have nothing to compare it to! Very well pleased and will use Fox again for service!
Excellent communication, fast yet professional install, 6 stars!!! Also very kind and courteous. Never use Haller…never!!! Haller quoted me $1,400 MORE for a pump alone! Fox installed a pump AND tank for $1,400 less. Fox makes their profit but they don’t gouge and are honest and trustworthy.
Tristan came out today and replaced all of our old water lines with new PEX piping. He completed the entire job in just one day, and did it all by himself! He arrived around 11:00/11:30 and had everything finished by 4:30. The work was completed efficiently, everything looks great, and the final cost was exactly what we were quoted so no hidden fees.
