Taking advantage of a 70+ year old is just WRONG!!! After 2 months in the shop, for shock repair, then a 'water pump', I've wondered where my father's 1963 Ford was. Guess it's being used as a daily driver. Don't tell me you are 'test driving' the car when you are picking up children from school. (that's not my father driving nor my nieces or nephews either) Unjustifiable. -- then after a negative review, instead of DOING BETTER, they make my father feel guilty because I [his son] am looking out for him.
