This was the second time I’ve had repairs done here. Work is prompt and done correctly. The main reason I will back again and again is they are honest and that is a rare commodity these days.
From the guys up front to the team with the tools in the back, they are really nice and, most importantly, really competent. This is a good shop. No games. No nonsense. Now that my truck and car are out of factory warranty, the team at Fox Plaza Auto probably get's all the work.

My nephew recommended Fox Plaza Automotive in Collierville a couple of years ago. I have a 2016 Pilot that doesn’t get driven very much. Each time I have taken this car to FPA I have been very pleased with their work & communication regarding the services I requested.
