So I hired Patricia for a red light citation in San Mateo County and over email Patricia told me that it's possible to do a trial by written declaration and then they can basically do. In case I lose I can do a new trial and this is over email. Actually this court, since 2024, does not allow this and Patricia knew this but still gave me the wrong advice.
