I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for specific warranty repairs. I arrived early, and waited in the waiting area since I live 40 miles away. An hour and 10 minutes after my appointment time, service personnel came and told me they didn't have the part and would have to reschedule. They stated the repairs would take about 3 hours. As always everything was great
Had a key fob programmed by the service department. People were quick, courteous and friendly! Came out costing less than I anticipated. Would definitely go back. Overall a great experience of what customer service should be!
