The finished home is acceptable, but the experience was disgraceful. Communication and accountability were non-existent, and problems were ignored until I threatened legal action, twice. A company that only responds under legal pressure should not be building homes. There are better, more professional modular builders in WA. Avoid this one.
I have never had someone speak to me or my husband the way the management at Fox spoke to us after we had to pull out of the contract after the bank valued the modular home $200,000 less than what they had quoted us in the contract. The product is overpriced and I would never want anyone to go through what we did. This is a warning to anyone considering to buy anything through Fox.
Fantastic modulars considering buying
I recently went to view the options at the Fox Modular display centre, I was welcomed by a gentleman called Keilan, not only was he professional but very knowledgeable about the modular process, he tuck me through some ideas and options which will fit my requirements. If you are in the market for a modular home don’t hesitate in visiting Fox Modular and asking for Keilan.
Had an awesome experience dealing with Keilan from Fox Modular , his response time to our queries and turn around times for our designs were amazing , would totally recommend Thanks Keilan
