This place is great – I have lived in Ft. Myers, Fl for 40 years. I have lived in Fox Mobile Home Park since 2007. At first there were a couple of property mangers that were "less to be desired". Now the park has been straightened up. Besides all that, its close to supermarkets, rest.,ect. It is so peaceful & quiet here. You can make friends or prefer to stay alone. The manager makes sure everything is fixed & generally keeps the park in fine shape. Last winter it was "standing -room-only". I would highly recommend this park... read more
Nice Park i live in the park from 1995- current, yes the park was in bad shape, it is under new ownership and management, an is now a quiet, clean, and friendly place to live and visit.
not the best place to live or visit – i have lived in the park since august of 08 till december of 08 and the manger and her so called husband do very little work in the park there hired help do most of the work while they just take it easy. the help shows up on time while the manager does not open the office up until 10 or 11 am most mornings. while her husband the lead maintinance man does not come in till almost 9 am i had a problem with my elec and needed it on asap so i went to the office thinking someone would be there... read more
