I had the good fortune to work with Carie in the context of challenging public policy development in Santa Cruz CA. Over a span of 18 months, Carie worked with our group (and, importantly, 1:1 with individuals in that group) to help us build our consensus vision for our town. Wicked smart, engaged, mentally agile, and personally delightful, Carie almost literally carried us across the goal line. I am a better person for having worked with and learned from Carie, and will always cherish that 18 months.
