The best part of my experience was working with Jose. Everything else was absolutely terrible. Kept my car for nearly one month. Didn't provide me a loaner so I had to take public transportation and uber everyone which cost me hundreds of dollars. Car check engine light came on the moment I picked it back up after repair and had to return it again! Great service. Was in and out for a water pump.
I'm just giving this place one star bc I'm a hater and I can see this building like a giant eyesore from where I live miles away at night from how lit up it is. Literally nothing else in the city is this lit up either, not even Wrigley or anywhere downtown that I can see from this far away at least 😭. Giant waste of electricity and unnecessary light pollution, like it's hard to stand out that much from the rest of the city but yet every night I am blinded by this place. This dealer is terrible. They just keep your car at their shop and killing your time with out telling you the problem of that vehicle.
