PLEASE READ UPDATE AT THE END. Get an estimate no matter how small the job is, even if they've done it before. We were charged double what we were last year. We enjoy the guys, they do an ok job but when we tried to contact the business about what happened that day the owner refused to talk to us. Through the receptionist, he knocked $100 off the bill, but it was still much higher than anticipated and we were forced to overpay. (They threaten you with small claims court in the invoice.)
