Get an estimate no matter how small the job is, even if they've done it before. We were charged double what we were last year. We enjoy the guys, they do an ok job but when we tried to contact the business about what happened that day the owner refused to talk to us. Through the receptionist, he knocked $100 off the bill, but it was still much higher than anticipated and we were forced to overpay. (They threaten you with small claims court in the invoice.) We worked out an agreement and they never followed through. Left us on our own. I do not recommend this company. Far too extended to attend to all needs. You are stretched thin and it appears to be catching up with you.
