It's All about money for this (doctor) if you want to call him that...refuses to treat you if you don't pay in advance, sends me a $1000+ bill after I stopped seeing him for over a year! This guy is just a drug dealer with a medical license! Avoid!!!??
I received a certified letter from Dr. Fox’s wife, Sharon Fox, demanding that I pay $547.23 for 3 office visits because Dr. Fox fell out of network with Premera and didn’t realize it until I asked Premera why my claims weren’t being paid. I was told by numerous Premera agents that Dr. Fox’s credentials expired with them. He was able to produce documentation that he submitted his credentials that covered the time I had my office visits, but he failed to reinstate his in-network status in a timely manner to cover the visits. Had a visit on 1/20/2021. Got a bill 12/15/22. It’s ridiculous that it took almost 2 years to get a bill, but I paid it. Then I get ANOTHER bill on 5/9/2024 for the same visit! 3.5 years later!! So I call, get put on hold forever. The receptionist answers and tells me my account balance is zero. They are totally incompetent.
My husband and I love Dr. Fox and his staff! He is very experienced, and is very personable! I recommend him to all my family and friends!
All these great reviews and they aren't taking new patients for PCP appointments. All the other medical offices in this area have terrible ratings. 🥺
