They charged me $325 for a fall cleaning and: Broke a pot Cut my tree peony down to the ground (tree peonies are NOT supposed to be cut back in the fall) Completely killed my climbing ivy Blew a large portion of the leaves in the back yard out into the alley And when I called to complain they offered to reduce my fee to $300 to cover the pot (they said nothing about the other issues), then they proceeded to charge me the full $325 anyways. I would NOT recommend them.
