It is always fantastic service, great staff and great doctors: very knowledgeable and professional. Know veterinary medicine and have great eye for diagnosis. Prices are very affordable and convenience to be seen the same day is worth tra el and waiting.
They where great at one time now its just in and out no real care ive been going to them for 20 years.I had to put my dog down they didn't put him to sleep before euthanasia so he yelped and moaned.The vet then proceeded to say that he will twitch kind of like a chicken with its head cut off his literal words.Now my other dog is sick took him in for a cough 3 minute visit no blood work or x-ray.I was given anti biotics and an article on Laryngeal Paralysis not talked to about it just given.Well my dog hasn't gotten any bette... read more
Sent me and my bleeding dog home because they “stopped” doing walk ins after 5pm. Even though they are open until 6. NEVER take your pets here!
Only place we trust with our Franklin. Always friendly, always let you know what's going on. yeah there may be a wait here but....when don't you wait for the best
I highly recommend this place if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have my dog He had his surgery I think the price is really reasonable there is a staff member there named Joanna and I absolutely love her If it wasn't for her again she really went above and beyond for me and my baby boy ...all around just great people there who really care and It makes a difference and I'll definitely be going back.
