Took our senior dog in because he's on the decline and this place was close to home. I had read reviews and saw to be prepared for long waits, it makes sense though, they are a walk in clinic only, and they do work efficiently, they don't have time limits for visits so they aren't pushing animals in and out and therefor the wait times are long. We showed up at 9:15am and didn't get seen until 1:30pm but the wait was worth it, they were efficient, and extremely compassionate, and their prices very reasonable which is hard to ... read more
Try calling and calling and never answered. Do not answer their emails after sent request after requests for referrals and if it is an emergency and need advice no answer. What the heck? Does the owner know any of this? They need a new system and people that care to answer their phone and followup.
Took my dog here last week for recurring limp. Heard they were very good and reasonable about price. I waited 4 hours to be seen. They did X-rays and told me he has bone cancer and less than a year to live with three options for pain management, amputation or amputate with chemo. Could confirm with biopsy but that has risks. Then the vet left and someone else came in with the bill. I guess you get what you pay for.
