I was referral to Ben but another company that was doing my flooring. The job was meant to just be tile removal and floor prep. Once we pulled up the tiles, we realised it was a corkboard underneath. We were under time pressure to get the flooring done. Within 2 days, he was able to rally additional staff and got the job done. Thank you for undertaking additional work
