So disappointed my November and December payment was put in some ones pocket and I had no insurance for those months so that left me with a lapse in coverage. Had to go to the police and state of Michigan. I will get my money back.. He is a fraud.
Can never get ahold of them and now their phone is out of service. I got insurance else where today and it was cheaper, thanks for nothing Fox Insurance.
