They not right. Customer service is worster then hood McDonald's. They need new management.
I called to make a payment because I was 2 weeks late unaware they wasn’t able to take my payment because my card was locked. The agent who I believes name is Cary answered spoke for about 6 minutes with her, said she would call me back because she has to be sure I can still keep my policy.
