I owned a property at Fox and Hound Condominium for three years and would not recommend buying or renting here. The property management is just a group of residents with little to no experience managing a community in a respectful or effective way. The board and property manager fail to enforce HOA policies consistently—if you push back on the smallest thing, they simply tell residents to “call the police” because they’re afraid of confrontation with residents.
