I had a great stay at the Fox Hotel! The underground hot tub grotto with a portion that allows a view of the sky was very unique, cozy and enjoyable :) I want to especially thank Blake at the front desk for his help with brainstorming logistical back-up plans if the main parking lot at Lake Louise was full when we planned to arrive If you ask for a discount when calling the hotel directly, I was able to receive between 5 and 10% off the price. Visted 2020 Sept..This hotel is right the Village Breakfast included loved the theme of hotel.

They have their own hot spring. I like the place a lot. I've seen deer outside the hotel.

Two stars because the staff was good, but a lot was just not up to the expectation that came with the extreme cost of the room. This place can get very noisy. The doors that connect rooms internally are very thin, and we had an issue where no matter how many times we knocked on the shared door, our neighbor would not turn down their TV. We went to the front desk and they called the other room, and the issue was promptly fixed.
