Just closed recently on a new home in Brunswick Plantation by Fox Homes. We picked the lot and contracted with Fox to build a 1.5 story house. Let me start by saying I've been a licensed home inspector in Raleigh for 18 years, and was a custom home builder for 10 years prior to that. We had the pleasure of working with Faustos in Myrtle Beach, SC, on our clinic's Weight Loss and Vitality project, and the results were outstanding. Faustos did an amazing job—from finishing out the space to polishing every detail. He was punctual, completing the work ahead of schedule, and the quality exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and craftsmanship. Highly recommended!
Hands down the best experience I have had with a builder/contractor. Fausto and his team started right away and moved faster than I imagined. The process took half the time I thought it would. Fausto was always responsive and on time, again a luxury I have not experienced with other contractors. The team did a beautiful, high quality job. I valued Fausto’s guidance and couldn’t be happier. The process was easy. I recommend him without reservation!!
Fausto Mendes and his team built us a high quality home, in budget, and ahead of schedule. Their industry knowledge and attention to detail is unlike any other experience we've ever had with a contractor. They are miles ahead of the competition. We had our new build inspected by a very detail-oriented outside inspector who stated this was one of the nicest and best quality homes he's ever reviewed. I'd highly recommend this builder.
Fox built us a very beautiful home with a lot of extras included, more than we even expected. Very happy in our new home. Great builder with attention to detail.
