I had a wonderful experience at F.O.X. Home today. Shiva was extremely caring and patient, with such a positive attitude. She really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for to buy as a gift for my friend. I truly appreciate her support and highly recommend her to anyone shopping here. My wife and I have spent a lot of money at fox and home, but sad to say probably not again! For Christmas we received some napkin holders from our friends, we tried to take them back as we had just purchased the exact same ones. Now all we wanted to do was to exchange them for something else. The lady standing at the front desk flat out told us no!! Because we did not have the receipt!! Ridiculous you could clearly see they were from there, even showed her the same thing on the shelf but NO!! Shame shame shame
I bought dishes from Fox Home on Boxing Day because they told me the discount was “only valid today” and wouldn’t be available the next day or afterward. Feeling pressured, I made the purchase. Now, five days later, I see they still have the same discount! I’ve changed my mind and tried to return the items, but they are refusing to refund me. This feels very dishonest, and I’m disappointed in their misleading tactics and lack of proper customer service. If anyone can guide me on how to handle this situation.
Amazing store! The store had beautiful things.Today I bought 6 cups but they way one girl (who working there)very helpful and helped me tremendously. Thank you so much for everything whatever you did for me… I don’t know her name but seriously love that girl…
