The staff’s behavior was terrible and extremely rude. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The two cashiers were very impolite, impatient, and had a bad attitude.
A friend recommended this store to me, so I decided to visit. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The two employees, a male and a female, did not greet or ask if I needed any assistance when I walked in. Sami not only helped us make decisions with choices on various products, he insisted we go have lunch while he packed everything for us. On returning from lunch we were met with a loaded shopping cart which he offered to take down to the lower level and out to our car in the parking lot. I was not looking forward to the two or three trips to the car so that was a lifesaver. Thank you Sami.
I had such a great experience at Fox Home! Raana was so nice and patient , she helped me choose the perfect items and even made a beautiful gift box for me. She was really friendly and thoughtful!
