Cancelled our trip 10 minutes before our float time, no one there to talk to, no answer on the phone. Terrible service

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Our group booked a 6‑mile float last year. The trip started out great, until it wasn’t. We missed the designated exit point because we never saw the yellow rope we were told to watch for. That part was on us. However, what happened next was entirely on the business.
