Great staff and very friendly. I forgot ice and they were nice enough to stop off on the way up for me. It’s a great spot for a local Illinois River float
If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Our group booked a 6‑mile float last year. The trip started out great, until it wasn’t. We missed the designated exit point because we never saw the yellow rope we were told to watch for. That part was on us. However, what happened next was entirely on the business. We called the company phone over 20 times, plus the owner’s phone, and even sent texts with no response. We waited on a sandbar belonging to another tubing company for about 30 minutes.
