Had a great time! Everyone was really nice, and the float was exactly what we needed. I do think the exit points could be marked a little better- we asked someone (not an employee) near the exit point if we were in the right spot, but they misdirected us and sent us on a three hour detour. A sign or bright flag or something would be great. We still had a great time, when we called the company and realized what happened, they were amazing at figuring out where we were and the best route to make it back. Wanted to give this place another chance this year, but this is now the 2nd year in a row where we have booked a 6 hour float only to arrive and be told only the 2.5 hour was available. I would be more understanding if we didn't have to show up to be informed. Had we known the 6 hour wasn't available, we would have booked elsewhere. I understand things happen, but as soon as you realize you cannot accommodate the booking, you should call your customers to let them know. Please do not come here, the shuttle bus driver picked us up completely drunk and we decided to hop off and walk back from the pickup point as it was completely unsafe. No regard for the safety of customers whatsoever here this place also seems completely shady.
