I’ve already recommended that the maintenance company address the flooring issue in my upstairs neighbor’s unit, and I was told they won’t take action. I also suggested asking them to install carpet in the areas where the floor squeaks, but that idea was dismissed and even laughed at. At this point, it feels like concerns about maintaining a peaceful living environment here aren’t being taken seriously.
still haven’t had anyone check my ceiling for the squeaky due to my neighbors running and jumping , it’s like you hear a squeak every step it’s highly disturbing and tiring . save your time and energy! I’ve already reported this as a likely structural or flooring issue , but the problem is still unresolved. This does not sound like occasional noise. it sounds like normal walking being amplified due to poor insulation or maintenance

Living here has been an ongoing nightmare. Management does absolutely nothing about inconsiderate neighbors, despite repeated issues. There is constant stomping, jumping, and excessive noise every single day from 7am to 9pm. If you work from home, do not move here . noise cancellation does not exist in these buildings.
